Hi, we are a couple staying in a master bedroom at amk for 1.2k all in. Our owner likes to invite his family and friends from oversea to stay over almost every month, sometimes he doesnt let us know as well, but we are fine with it, they also like to switch on the tv for a whole day basic, but this month he went for holiday for a week with his wife and when he came back he is suddenly accusing us of over using electricity for the week when he was not around. It doesnt make sense to us because we are seldom at home and we dont even realise that they were away, and he just recieved the pub bill when he got back. He's asking for compensation for over using the electricity when they are not around but it doesnt make sense because how can he proved that the bill was double (base on what he told us) for the week he was not around, can we refused to pay because we really didnt overuse anything, and we are not even at home most of the time.
