Dear landlord,

It truly depends on the current state your unit available for rent is in. Is it a newly TOP project? Typically if there is ni major defects in the property available, the usual preparations will be giving the place a new coat of paint, professional cleaning and servicing of the air conditioner units. For furnitures, you may not need to purchase it up front since tenants may have their own furnitures which they may intend to bring in. Even if theynhave requests for furnishings, you can get general ones from IKEA which may not be heavy on wallet, depending on the configurations of your property.

I have a team of residential leasing consultants with extensive tenant network which you may wish to leverage on to secure the prospective tenant. Get in touch with me soon if you require further advise or information.

Hi,

It will be useful if you could prepare the unit to a level where its partially furnished, at least the walls are freshly painted, utilities are in working order, there are no major defects, aircon are working, and some essential white goods such as fridge and washer.

Some tenants will prefer a partially furnished unit and bring in their furniture. Some will request more furniture which you can provide and make arrangements later on, and you can factor the price of the furniture into the rental. Thanks and may I assist in renting out your unit? Will be glad to understand your requirements further. Thanks.

Warm regards,

Evening,

We will need to know your unit sizing, targeted group of tenants and how much furnishing do you have in hand. Furniture comes is different sizing, quality and brand. This will greatly impact your cost hence it's best to work things out and move things along with your allocated budget.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.
