Hi, trying to sell a HDB 5 room flat in Tampines near Tampines Mart. Property agents that we have engaged in are not proactive and not motivated to sell. A few months has pass and request for house viewing has been close to none. Are there any agents out there that will be able to help us sell the house by end of this year? We are looking to sell the house at around 500k. Is that possible for recent market rates?

Afternoon,

Units around Tampines mart do have an issue with the seller are non-chinese. Level of your unit, condition and if the unit or neighboring unit have being marked by "Loan shark" will also have issues getting buyers. Lastly, the asking price along with any possible special request from seller might also impact the ability to sell the unit.
Therefore, it would be good to ensure that every aspect have being covered before we make any further decisions.
