Hi to all, i'm facing quite a predicament& require some expert advise. Many years ago my parents bought a resale flat using grants. However years later, facing some financial difficulties, i decided to add my name in solely for the purpose of cpf contribution. Now already having my own family, my parents agreed to sell this current flat paving the way for my wife& i to upgrade to an ec. My wife is a first timer, never own a property before. I understand that if i were to sell my house now, there'll be 3 sellers, me being the 3rd. Now how will this affect my wife position as a first timer when we do decide to book a unit? Will the access to 30k grant be in jeopardy? Thank you, looking forward for some clarification
