Hi.... This is my first time selling my HDB flat (5I). During the first meet my
agent from E** told me that govt has controlled CoV and that I could only get max 5K as per new HDB regulation.

However when i check the market even on HDB website that CoV practice hasnt
changed or at least not as he has told me.

Later I checked and it wasnt true, now he twisted his words. Since I have signed the authorization with him, can I change agent? since now i have lost confident in his 'misleading' peep talk.
