Woodgrove Condo Home Buying

Hi there.

I am interested in a 3 bedroom unit in this location. Min size 1200 sq ft and preferably low floor (2nd). Max budget is $800,000. Is there any available?

Hi David,
The asking price of Woodgrove Condo is now more than $850K for a 3 bedroom unit You may want to consider Woodsvale which is near Admiralty MRT, pretty good layout and price is around $820K to $850K for 3 bedroom unit. Let me know by email or sms or call if you would like to view the units there.
