I Will soon move to Singapore holding working visa legally.
Hoever, I hoold international passport and I don't have Singapore PR.
Is it able for me to look for HDB or also condo is availble for people like me?

Dear Jessie,

Rental of properties should not be a problem for you if you are holding a valid working visa. If you are looking to buy a property, you can only buy private properties(non-landed). Should you require any further assistance, please contact me.
