Hi there, I solely own a private property that is fully paid for under my own name.
If I were to transfer it to my mother as a "gift", does she need to pay for the ABSD under MAS ruling?
If so, what is the amount that she needs to pay and how is it calculated?
My mother is a PR and currently has 2 private properties under her own name.
