Hi there! I have a 5rm HDB fully paid and i intend to downgrade to a HDB 4rm and i also intend to fully pay the flat. Suppose that my current CPF plus all the amount i use and the accrued interest is sufficient to pay off the 4rm. How much cash can i get and if there is any portion retained if i am below 55? Do i still need to wait for the 5years MOP before i can rent it out? Can i buy a private property while in MOP?
