Hi there,

I am looking to sell my punggol flat. The MLP is ending on 1 Mar 2011. Question is when can I start the selling process and do I have to get the valuation done.

Also, concurrently I need to look for a HDB/Condo to buy. Should I buy first or sell first? If I sell first, how long will I have before I decide on the purchase of my next flat?

Hi Siva,

You can only sell after 1st March 2011.

Regards to whether to sell or buy, it depends on many factors such as amount of cash and CPF available, alternative accommodation, loan issue etc.

If you are looking for a HDB, you can do it concurrently (Contra). Our agent can definitely assist you with the timeline and financial planning which is especially crucial for Contra cases.
