Hi there, i am a Singaporean with a PR wife. We are presently staying in a hdb flat which is under my son's and my name. My PR wife does not have her name registered under any local property yet. She is now planning to buy a condo under her own name as a sole owner. Is there any restriction on such a move? As a housewife she doesnt not have any regularly income except for her monthly allowances from me so likely i will be paying the monthly mortgage repayment to the bank. Will we be required to sell our hdb?
