Hi there Gurus,

Wish to sell my home in the south of Singapore and unsure with the market movement right now (i.e recession looming, Euro crisis) is it best to hold and wait or sell since my home value has increased and im tempted to gain the advantage. Thanks.

Afternoon,

Investments have one basic thing in common, it's nothing till you cash it out. From your statement, your current property have reached your profit margin which you desire. Nobody can promise you that EURO or US will not crash. But are you willing to wait it out further and take the chances? News are indicating that the market should cool down in the next six months but how long have the same statement being ringing?

Grab what you have and move on or to wait it out and take the chance? If you have other plans after selling, I would suggest cashing out else work out some plans and create the light ahead of you.

Regards
