Hi there, can I check if my condo apartment shared between my husband, my in-laws and myself, total of 4 persons, if my husband and i would like to pull out name from the condo and buy HDB flat, is that possible? Will the CPF refund back to our account? How go about to do that? What is the rules to down grade ? Is it consider as selling the condo to my in-laws? Thanks
