Hi there, am thinking of selling my HDB flat, can i know whats the cash proceeds i will get? Flat Purchased : 358k, hoping to sell 600k, CPF paid so far : myself 52K with acrued interests of 6k, my wife paid 88k with 6k acrued interests. Can the gurus here advise me how much me and my wife will get back respectively? Ty
