Hi, recently I placed a ad on advertising my master room. There's this tenant called Me and told me to book the room without view and transferred me the deposit in November. The tenant wants to move in December last then same time I check with my hdb that am unable to register them as our house reached the maximum occupier above 6. Same time, due to family issue I can't let them stay in my house for temporary. Now they asking me to find room for them and also requesting for compensation else they go police for report. Need your advice. No agreement was signed.
