Hi Recently, I am looking for whole unit HDB to be rent from property guru website in which i approach the agent by myself to ask on the certain unit which being posted by the agent. However, the agent told me there is agent fees charged on me. I thought agent fees will only be charged when I myself appoint the agent to look for unit for me?
