Hi property gurus! I am looking to sell off my EM unit located very near Khatib MRT. Low floor (4th). May I know what is the current valuation price? I can't seem to find recent resale transactions around my area so would appreciate if someone can advice. Thank you very much!

Afternoon McVin Cheen,

The current estimate valuation for your unit is around $600k to $630k. As for the COV asking, it will range around $40k to $70k. Actual selling price would depends on ethnic restriction, condition, unit facing and sizing.
