Hi Alex

If you do have the budget, I would strongly recommend 2 bedrooms for investment. Because it is usually the 2 bedrooms which is easier to rent.

However, there's also tenants looking for 1 bedroom and 3 bedrooms. therefore, location will play apart too when deciding the no. of rooms to purchase.

Please do drop me an email on val_74@yahoo.com or call me at +65 96161915  for more discussion.

Afternoon Alex,

Most companies are controlling their expenses and budget hence expats and talents who are already on high payroll are currently getting lesser for their housing allowance. Most would come with family members thus one bedroom will be out of bound to them. Two would be ideal but three is also suitable, depending on which area and which class of tenant you are looking at?
However, it all boils down to your budget and real intention. Purchase for short term rental of around 5 years before selling it of for profit or holding on as part of your asset folio?

Do feel free to contact me if you require further assistance.
