Hi Property Agents ...

Further to my questions, seems I can only purchase resale EC or private condo ...

Can anyone advise what is the usual expected payment breakdown for Resale EC ? ie. 20% inclusive cash + CPF / 80% bank loan or similar to condo payment of 5% cash / 15% cash + CPF /80% loan etc ?

Appreciate any kind sould to provide me a name list of resale EC (prefer less than 10 years maybe ?) with good amentites and township ?
