hi, possible to appeal for 5mths shorter MOP or buy first before selling ?reason being elderly parents moved in so wish to upgrade due to lack of space. wish to move to diff district nearer to relatives. Kids entering p1 so wish to move before they start p1 to ensure they get a spot in new school. move in Dec 2013, however MOP is April 2014.. how to appeal, wat r my chances? wat other options Ihave ? thx

Evening Kelly,

Depending on the size of unit which you are staying in and how many people are staying in the unit, your appeal might be possible. I have service a seller who sold their unit 8 months prior MOP as they need to move near their parents to take care of them.
