Hi people, If a property is going to be TOP soon and owner is living in foreign country.. 1) Does owner need to assign someone to collect the keys on his or her behalf? 2) This authorized person can deal with developer directly about the defects and everything else? 3) What other things this owner needs to know? Please advise. Thank you.
