Good morning,

The current market are driven by pricing, location, condition and sizing of your unit. With the new Downtown line, it would be likely that your unit might attract certain attention. With 85 lease on hand, it's not considered too old an unit. However, with open listing, you might well be making a bad name for your listing as buyers would deem that the sellers are urgent sellers or the listing have being up there for too long.
