You cannot buy another property until your minimum occupation period is over. If your mother is considering to purchase a condo for investment, she will only be allowed to use her own cpf (subject to minimum sum requirements). Hi Sir, As you had not met the MOP period for your HDB, you cannot buy any condo. However if you are putting it under your mother'name should be no problem but the loan that she can borrow is based on her age, monthly salary, car loan and any credit cards owned. Thanks.
