Hi, My in law intend to sell their condo, can they purchase a resale hdb now?

Hi Lynn,
Your in laws can own private property at the moment if they want to purchase a resale HDB flat now (unless they are taking hdb loan or CPF grant).
But they have to dispose any interest in their condo within 6 months from the resale HDB purchase.
