Hi, my husband & I are looking to sell our masionette. What is the current rate of commission to the agent selling my current place and to the seller agent if i am purchasing a unit from them. Thank you for your time

Afternoon, Most other agents are going at flat rate of 2% but mine is dependent on your requirements and asking. 7% GST is payable. As for the purchase, if you choose to DIY, seller agent/s who advertised for the unit are not eligible to collect commission from you. However, you might be left to work on the required documentations. Since you have intention to sell and buy, we can always work out a package for you, so that you can move forward with piece of mind.
