Hi, my husband and I (Singaporeans working overseas) are looking at purchasing a private condo preferably 2 bedrooms purely for investment purposes. We do not own any propery in Singapore and as such, do not have any outstanding mortgage. We re looking at a budget of between 600K to 700K and would like to invest in an area where there is high rental yield.

I would like to suggest Boathouse Residences. It is walking distance to Hougang mrt and TOP is around 2015. This project is near to several good schools and would be able to fetch good rental yield. Cheers!
