Hi, my husband and I (Singaporeans working overseas) are looking at purchasing a private condo preferably 2 bedrooms purely for investment purposes. We are looking at a price range of between 600K to 700K. No preference as to whether if it is a new project or resale so long as the rental yield is good. Thank you.
