Hi, my ec has a problem and the management is not doing anything about it, they are evading it for almost one year. My master bedroom can hear my neighbor's door opening and light switch sounds. I think it's due to poor workmanship. It's either the top or bottom unit but I believe it came from the top unit. Any advise on this? Thank you very much.
