Hi. Firstly, double confirm your MOP date with HDB first before you start to advertise after 1 June.

Make sure you factor in enough time for you to source for a new home before you submit a resale application to HDB. i.e. within how many days after buyers have exercise the OTP.

After which, find a new home and you can submit and complete the sale on the same day or after the completion of sale of your existing home during the second appointment.
