Hi. My 2nd question of the day.

I am currently living in an EC still under the 5years MOP using my 1st son and my name and my wife as an occupier.

My 2nd son was just born and I wanted to buy a 2nd house asap. Will it be possible to use his name to purchase a Private Condo and full cash down?

Hi Mr Lee;

Yes, you can opt to purchase a property under your 2nd son's name under Trust without incurring any ABSD ( assuming he is local ) .. But there are some restrictions to it.. Kindly contact me for further discussions.. Thanks
