Hi,

Me and my husband (husband is a foreigner residing in another country) and would like to use my CPF and a really healthy salary to get a bank loan and purchase a property in Singapore to rent out before I leave the country by end this year. Would appreciate if someone would be able to advise if my budget is nothing more than 550K SGD, what can I get in the next 2 - 3months that is rentable. Do not mind older properties as I am not looking at new dvlpt that TOP only in a few years time. I would like to kick start the rental as soon as I get the house keys.

Advice please.

Recently my client bought a condo while 'holding' on to a HDB flat. She need the 'funds' and hence, has to sell the
