Hi. May I know the appx valuation for Teban Gardens Blk 21 for 4 room 87sqm, below level 10. If my MOP ends mid next year, when is the best time to advertise and look for another house in order to do a contra?

Evening,

As of current, the estimated valuation should range around $410k to $430k. However, the selling price will be subjected to ethnic restriction, level and condition of your unit. You can start marketing the unit in March or April 2017.

Will recommend to start marketing 1 month before MOP and valuation of the HDB only to refer at the same timing. It make no sense to waste time organise viewing while you cannot accept any offer or sign any OTP.
