so sorry to hear you are going through divorce, We can start selling your unit after MOP and defer the signing of the Option till your preferred date. However, once the proceeding for your divorce commenced, We will have to wait till the Final judgement is out before we can go ahead and sell your HDB.

I recall yours is a 4-room unit? Depending on the size, level and interior condition, the price range could be approx 475k to 500k. I have just sold a 4-room high floor unit at Blk 655A jurong west recently and am still in contact with quite a number of buyers looking around this area.

Btw is your final judgement court order already out?
