Hi, I've put up my jurong west unit for sale for about 2 months through my agent, there were a couple of viewings but no offers. I just got a strainer feeling that my agent is not working hard enough. What should i do? I am asking for 20-30k cov.

Afternoon,

Asking of $30k COV for an average unit within Jurong West estate is very common. If you have signed an exclusive with this salesperson, you can opt to terminate the exclusive and appoint another salesperson to represent you.

DO feel free to contact me for further discussion.
