Hi, I've heard the term 'de-couple HDB flats'. May I know how I can do so? My husband and I co-own an HDB flat and I contributed only 60k into the unit, afterwhich he paid for the rest. Now we are intending to purchase a private property but we are bound by the new rulings. Thus I'm interested to know how the de-coupling method works. Thanks.
