Hi, its Dec and understandably for HDB resale market it is slow due to the holidays and now it is super slow due to the cooling measures. When you guys think things will pick up speed? Jan maybe? As next holiday will be CNY in Feb. My unit is open to PR, Chinese and Malay only so what are the chances Jan will be better than Dec? Thanks!
