Hi, it seems like the pte ppty mkt index is set to increase or at least remain stable for the nxt 1-2yrs (pls advise if you think otherwise).. i have a pte FH apt unit to let go but would you advise to sell tdy or hold it for in the hope that prices continue to increase? i have no rush to sell it..
