Hi, it has been 2mths now. My EA is still not selling. My agent has put in all her efforts. FB ADV, newspaper ADV, flyers, SMS and cobroking and all other marketing activities. No ethnic quota but still no buyers. Price of the house has also been reduced many times now and ppl come and view but no one willing to buy. It is a low floor unit.We are losing hope... What else can we do to sell our Hse?
