Hi is it possible to rent short term only 6 months and not pay any sales commission? We are a married couple and need a short term room to rent while waiting to finalize purchase of own HDB flat. I prefer walking distance to jurong east public sports club or walking distance to mrt. My office in Jurong IBP, hence only prefer in west. Budget $800 per month inclusive utilities, wifi and no air con necessary for 2 people. Need by mid June Thank u
