Hi,

I'm staying at Park Central DBSS.

I have got my MOP early from HDB and wanting to sell my 5 room unit - double balcony.

I am hoping to sell for 950k.
Any agents here can help me out or have buyers ready?

Afternoon,

Units in AMK do have an issue with Chinese ethnic buyer. Hence it would be good to understand if your unit will be affected by it before committing to your asking price.
