Hi Al,
To buy a HDB resale under single scheme, you have to be a Singapore Citizen and >35years.
To buy under Non-Citizen Family scheme, the applicant has to be a Singapore Citizen with a non-Citizen parent or sibling with at least 6 months social visit pass. The non-citizen parent or sibling can only be listed as occupier.
