Hi, I'm single PR under 35. Correct me if my understanding is wrong, I can only buy a condo with my current status? I am really interested to have my own place. Any advise? How about for finances? What should I consider before buying since there are new rules in buying property? 1. Can I use my CPF? 2. Are there properties that I am entitled to buy? 3. Are there new condo's along bukit batok/jurong/clementi TOP by 2015?
