Afternoon, Since your unit is located in the Northeast, likely Punggol and Sengkang, the asking price of $560k might be challenging. There are 5 room flats in Sengkang with valuation of $490k while units at Punggol may be valued at $510k. Hence to commit with marketing your unit at $560k, with 1% commission, without knowing more details, can be quite inappropriate at this moment. Do feel free to contact me for details discussion.
