for your case, you may want to buy a condo in Singapore. The price range from 5xxK all the way to tens of Millions, suitable for buyers from all the range.

The stamp duty is 13%-5400. the downpayment is 20% excludes the stamp duty. You can get bank loan 70-80%, but the stamp duty can only paid by cash.
