Hi, I'm Malaysian, and currently travel frequently overseas for work. I have a property in KL, a 2.5 storey corner lot house in Cheras KL that i am keen to sell. Beside Malaysian market, i am trying to explore oversea market. I understand the law that govern local Real Estate negotiator, but i need to know, how can i sell my property to Singaporean?. Thanks!
