I'm looking to get an EC, however, I do not have enough funds in my CPF after paying off my 4rm HDB loan. What can I do to avoid paying cash for the EC downpayment (excluding the 1st 5%)? Do I have to sell off my current 4rm HDB first before the downpayment of the EC? Please advise.
