Hi, im looking condo for investment, budget about 1m prefer 1 or 2 bed room and east side. any suggestion?

May I suggest Octet at Geylang? 2 bedroom will be around $7xxk, and what's more it is a freehold! And this district has the highest rental yield too! Pls feel free to let me know should you require the brochures and floor plan. Cheers!
