I was sharing with my client early this evening on pricing right for their property due to their needs instead of selling at the highest possible price. If you have already identified your objectives and worked out a post sales plan, this can weigh in quite significantly about how you should price your property. Just imagine that if you have an extreme urgent need to sell but price your property with a premium over your competitors, do you think buyers will choose your property over competitors?

All in all, the past transactions have indicated that a property of your size can fetch between $340k to $370k range should you really just want a figure.
