Hi,
i'm interested to buy property as investment. but i don't know where to start.
I have major in Economy and Finance, so I guess i'll start off with interest rate and Property Price index.
Right now, i'm looking into B1 industrial property.
can any one provide me with the data trends of 15 to 20 years of movement of Property Price index in Industrial Property.
As well as 15 to 20 years of movement of interest rate and Condominium Property Price index.
To my understanding, interest rates in Property are make up of SIBOR + certain percentage P.A.
eg SIBOR + 1.00% p.a.
and Yes, I would like to know both the Interest of the SIBOR movement and + certain percent offered by any local bank(However, throughout the data must be consistent with 1 bank).
