If you have existing plans at hand and a roof over your head after the sales, it might be better to sell asap. None of us will know what will happen tomorrow. But if will be facing issues after the sales prior 2015, you might want to work on obstacles.

It is difficult to ascertain how prices will head to by 2015. Do you have somewhere else to stay upon selling or you are already staying out of this unit and currently renting out this place? It will be good to know more about your plans after selling to know feasibility of selling now or then.
